Five Minute Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, shelled, cleaned 
  • ¼ butter stick 
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley 
  • 2 tbsp Yummy Seafood Seasoning 
  • Skewers

 

Preparation

  • In a small Pyrex container melt the butter in a microwave
  • Add the chopped garlic 
  • Mix in the Yummy Seafood Seasoning and stir. The Seafood Seasoning has the perfect blend of only natural spices to enhance every flavor of your meals.
  • Insert the 3-4 shrimp in each skewer.
  • With the help of a kitchen brush, spread the mix over every skewer. 

 

Grilling 

  • Place these bad boys on your grill and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes. 
  • If you have leftover butter mix, spread some while cooking. 

 

Serving

  • Sprinkle the fresh parsley when ready.
