Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 big onion
- 1 tbs butter
- 3 bell peppers, mixed colors
- 1 tsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
Preparation
- With the help of a very sharp knife, cut the salmon in 2” x 2” pieces, about the size of your thumb.
- Cut the bell peppers in about the same size
- The same goes for the onion.
- Melt the butter and mix in with 1 tsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning.
- Stick all the ingredients in skewers, mixing them one at a time.
- Once ready, spread over the butter mix all over the kebabs.
Cooking
- Grilling, frying or baking, you can cook the kebabs the way you desire. Either way, it cooks very quickly as in the salmon doesn’t need much time cooking.
