Salmon Kebabs

Ingredients 

 

Preparation 

  • With the help of a very sharp knife, cut the salmon in 2” x 2” pieces, about the size of your thumb. 
  • Cut the bell peppers in about the same size
  • The same goes for the onion. 
  • Melt the butter and mix in with 1 tsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
  • Stick all the ingredients in skewers, mixing them one at a time.  
  • Once ready, spread over the butter mix all over the kebabs. 

 

Cooking

  • Grilling, frying or baking, you can cook the kebabs the way you desire. Either way, it cooks very quickly as in the salmon doesn’t need much time cooking.
  • This and all Yummy recipes are better enjoyed when shared with friends and family.
