Seafood Garden Salad

Ingredients: For single serving

  • 1 Tuna can 
  • 1 tomato 
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 3-4 asparagus stalks
  • ¼ white onion 
  • ¼ green beans
  • 3-4 black olives
  • 1 cup lettuce mix 
  • Dash of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Yummy Seafood Seasoning 

 

Preparation

  • This is a very fulfilling Tuna Salad with a fancy name, also very healthy, fresh,  and yummy. Best of all, it can be ready in under 10 minutes. 
  • You’ll only need to boil the eggs and asparagus, separately.  
  • Chop the rest of the ingredients: the onion, tomato, and green beans

 

Serving 

  • In a deep plate or a bowl, serve a bed of mixed lettuce. Spring mix is best. 
  • Serve the tuna directly and sprinkle the Yummy Seafood Seasoning to bring out all the New Orleans flavors and spirits! 
  • Place all the other ingredients around it, tomatoes, olives, onions, green beans, boiled eggs, and asparagus. 
  • A dash of olive oil goes perfectly with it, as a final touch.
