Very Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients 

Preparation 

  • We want you to have fun while making this recipe with your kids, so we’ll make it really easy.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, about the size of your thumb.
  • You will need 3 Ziploc bags:
  • In bag #1, place the flour and 1 tsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning. Shake pretty well.
  • In bag #2, place the battered eggs.
  • In bag #3, place the corn flakes and crush them good, adding 1 tsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning.
  • Place the chicken pieces in bag #1 and shake shake shake!
  • Take them out of the bag, and place them in bag #2 and again, shake it good!
  • Now on bag #3, you know the drill, shake shake shake.

Cooking 

In a hot skillet with oil, cook the nuggets for about 4 minutes on each side until they reach that yummy golden brown crispy crust.
