Avocado Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound clean deveined shrimp
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Yummy Seafood Seasoning

Preparation shrimp

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter and cook the chopped onion. Add the shrimp and a pretty good shake from the Yummy Seafood Seasoning, let this good New Orleans flavor cover all the shrimp!
  • Cook for about 3-4 min each side of the shrimp
  • Before turning the stove off, add 1 tsp of chopped parsley.
  • Save the shrimp on a side while preparing the avocados.

Preparation avocado

  • To make this recipe as easy and quick as possible, have all the veggies (broccoli and celery) already chopped.
  • Cook all veggies in a sauce pan with just water for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Now, mix the tuna and veggies with the mayonnaise.

Serving

  • With the avocados cut in half, fill them up with the tuna and veggie mix.
  • Top them with the shrimp.
