Ingredients:
- 1 pound clean deveined shrimp
- Butter
- Parsley
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 onion
- 2 avocados
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
Preparation shrimp
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and cook the chopped onion. Add the shrimp and a pretty good shake from the Yummy Seafood Seasoning, let this good New Orleans flavor cover all the shrimp!
- Cook for about 3-4 min each side of the shrimp
- Before turning the stove off, add 1 tsp of chopped parsley.
- Save the shrimp on a side while preparing the avocados.
Preparation avocado
- To make this recipe as easy and quick as possible, have all the veggies (broccoli and celery) already chopped.
- Cook all veggies in a sauce pan with just water for about 4-5 minutes.
- Now, mix the tuna and veggies with the mayonnaise.
Serving
- With the avocados cut in half, fill them up with the tuna and veggie mix.
- Top them with the shrimp.
