Rainbow Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Veggies of your choosing: mushroom, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, squash, broccoli… the more the merrier!
  • Pasta of your choosing. If it’s colored pasta the better
  • 1/4 cup mil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Yummy Blackening Seasoning

Preparation

  •  Before we start cooking, here is a tip to make this recipe in no time: chop everything in advance. If you have all the veggies and the chicken previously chopped, you can be eating this yummy meal in 10 min!
  • Let’s start – In a large skillet, melt the butter (don’t let it burn) and cook the chicken previously cut in small pieces, as big as your thumb. Sprinkle some of Yummy Blackening Seasoning until the chicken get a nice golden color, about 3-4 min.
  • Add the previously chopped veggies to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add some more Yummy Blackening Seasoning to add that extra boost of flavor
  • To finish the mix, add the milk and cream cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • While the sauce is cooking, boil your favorite type of pasta. We recommend using a colored pasta, as it will make the dish more colorful with all the veggies.

  • Voila! You have a yummy Rainbow Pasta. So colorful and tasty, you’ll love it!
