Ingredients
- ½ pound clean, shelled shrimp
- 1 loaf of bread
- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 limes
- 5 Bacon strips
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning
Preparation – Shrimp
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning to the shrimp, cover them good, the more the better.
- In a hot pan, melt the butter and the minced garlic.
- Cook the shrimp for 3-4 min each side until they reach a beautiful yummy orange crust. Set aside
- In the same pan, cook the previously chop bacon until it’s crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
Preparation – Avocado
- In a bowl, add the avocados and with the help of a fork, mash until it looks like a paste.
- Squeeze the lime juice and stir
- Chop the tomato in small pieces and add it to the avocado mix.
- Add 1 tsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning to the avocado sauce and stir.
Serving
- Toast your bread loafs
- Spread the avocado mix on top.
- Place 2-3 shrimp
- Sprinkle the bacon over the toast.
