Avocado Shrimp Bacon Toast

Ingredients 

 

Preparation – Shrimp 

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning to the shrimp, cover them good, the more the better.
  • In a hot pan, melt the butter and the minced garlic. 
  • Cook the shrimp for 3-4 min each side until they reach a beautiful yummy orange crust. Set aside 
  • In the same pan, cook the previously chop bacon until it’s crispy, about 3-4 minutes. 

Preparation – Avocado 

  • In a bowl, add the avocados and with the help of a fork, mash until it looks like a paste. 
  • Squeeze the lime juice and stir
  • Chop the tomato in small pieces and add it to the avocado mix. 
  • Add 1 tsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning to the avocado sauce and stir. 

Serving

  • Toast your bread loafs 
  • Spread the avocado mix on top. 
  • Place 2-3 shrimp 
  • Sprinkle the bacon over the toast.
