Blackened Seasoned Fish

Ingredients

Preparation 

  • This recipe gets done in no time. 
  • In a Ziploc bag mix the flour with 1 tbsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning and 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning . The combination of both will bring out the New Orleans flavors to the mix.
  • On a flat plate pour the mix, this is your coating station. 
  • Pass every fish fillet over the dry mix covering all the fish. 

Cooking 

  • In a very, very hot pan, heat up about 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Place each fillet and cook for about 3-5 min each side. 
  • Don’t move the fish while it’s cooking, so it can reach its golden brown coated crust 

Serving 

  • Anything and everything you want to put on a side, a potato salad, fries, veggies, rice, pasta, be creative!
