Ingredients
- 4-6 fish fillets. (Cod, perch, bass, or the fish of your choosing)
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- ½ stick of butter
- 1 tbsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
Preparation
- This recipe gets done in no time.
- In a Ziploc bag mix the flour with 1 tbsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning and 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning . The combination of both will bring out the New Orleans flavors to the mix.
- On a flat plate pour the mix, this is your coating station.
- Pass every fish fillet over the dry mix covering all the fish.
Cooking
- In a very, very hot pan, heat up about 1 tbsp of butter.
- Place each fillet and cook for about 3-5 min each side.
- Don’t move the fish while it’s cooking, so it can reach its golden brown coated crust
Serving
- Anything and everything you want to put on a side, a potato salad, fries, veggies, rice, pasta, be creative!
