Ingredients
- 8 chicken pieces – thighs, legs, breasts, or a mix of them all, makes it yummier
- 2 limes
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Yummy Blackening Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of Yummy Seafood Seasoning

In the morning
- In a rectangular glass baking dish, place all the chicken pieces.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients: 1 cup of soy sauce, ¼ cup of white vinegar, squeeze the juice of 2 limes, 1 tbsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning and 1 teaspoon of Yummy Seafood Seasoning. You won’t believe the flavors it brings on the chicken when mixing both our seasonings…. oh la la mon cher!
- Now pour the mix all over the chicken, put it in the fridge and forget about it.
In the afternoon
- Time to make the magic happen.
- Cook in the oven for 35 – 45 minutes at 375F.
- You’ll know it’s ready when the chicken has a nice dark brown crust.
Serving
- A side of rice goes perfectly with it because it will be a very juicy meal. Mashed potatoes is another good choice for a side.
- Another idea, when baking the chicken to add a couple of halved sweet potatoes. That brings a nice touch to the meal and can serve as your side.
