Ingredients
- 12 shrimp
- 12 big mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ package of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
Preparation – Shrimp –
- In a hot pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add the shrimp (clean, no shells and deveined)
- Sprinkle them with 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
- Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Don’t overcook the shrimp, they finish cooking in the oven. We just want to seal them with flavor.
Preparation – Mushrooms –
- For every mushroom, remove the stem and set aside.
- Chop the stems in small pieces, they will be part of the filling.
- In a small cup, melt 2 tbsp of butter, add the chopped garlic cloves and mix in Yummy Seafood Seasoning, about 1 teaspoon.
The filling.
- In an oven safe sheet pan, place the baking paper and each mushroom.
- Fill every mushroom with 1 tsp of cream cheese, 1 shrimp, 1 tsp of the chopped stems, 1 tsp of the butter mixture, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake
- Place in the oven at 375F and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Serving
- You can serve them with a side of french bread.
- Make sure to make enough because they will disappear in no time!
