Cheesy Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients 

  • 12 shrimp 
  • 12 big mushrooms 
  • 4 garlic cloves 
  • Parmesan cheese 
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter 
  • ½ package of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning 

 

Preparation – Shrimp –

  • In a hot pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add the shrimp (clean, no shells and deveined)
  • Sprinkle them with 1 tbsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning
  • Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Don’t overcook the shrimp, they finish cooking in the oven. We just want to seal them with flavor. 

 

Preparation – Mushrooms – 

 

  • For every mushroom, remove the stem and set aside. 
  • Chop the stems in small pieces, they will be part of the filling. 
  • In a small cup, melt 2 tbsp of butter, add the chopped garlic cloves and mix in Yummy Seafood Seasoning, about 1 teaspoon. 

 

The filling. 

  • In an oven safe sheet pan, place the baking paper and each mushroom. 
  • Fill every mushroom with 1 tsp of cream cheese, 1 shrimp, 1 tsp of the chopped stems, 1 tsp of the butter mixture, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. 

 

Bake 

  • Place in the oven at 375F and cook for 12-15 minutes. 

 

Serving 

  • You can serve them with a side of french bread. 
  • Make sure to make enough because they will disappear in no time!
