Crispy Battered Fish

Ingredients

 

Preparation 

  • In a mixing bowl whisk all the ingredients: first the flour, then the milk, then the water, then the baking powder and finally a mix of both the Yummy Blackening Seasoning and the Yummy Seafood Seasoning. This combination of both our seasonings will bring out all the flavors of your fish with a splash of New Orleans cajun cooking.
  • Dip the fish fillets in the batter, and soak them good.
  • In a very hot pan with about 2-3 tbsp of oil, fry the fish for about 4-5min on each side. You’ll know it’s ready when the fillets look golden brown

 

Serving

  • A side of french fries, salad, or dipping sauce goes perfect with the crispy yummy battered fish.
