Crunchy Pepper Chicken

Ingredients 

 

Preparation 

  • This recipe cooks easier and faster when the chicken is cut into strips.
  • Once it’s done, cover the chicken with about 1 tbsp of Yummy Blackening Seasoning and about 1 tsp of Yummy Seafood Seasoning. The combination of both seasonings will create an explosion of flavor. 
  • In a hot pan, melt about 1 tbsp of butter and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes each side. Try no to move the chicken around, that way it can build that delicious crust. 
  • Once you see it is almost done, place in the previously chopped bell peppers. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes, just enough to have crunchy bell peppers. 
  • Sprinkle some more Yummy Blackening Seasoning and Yummy Seafood Seasoning before turning off the stove. Stir around and serve. 

 

Serving 

  • A side of white rice or sweet potatoes pairs nicely.
